How do I choose the right fabric?
It comes down to how you move. Soft Sculpt and FlexSoft give the most support and compression, made for higher-intensity training like running, HIIT and weight work. Recycled Eco Tech is lighter and cooler, made for low-intensity movement like pilates, barre and yoga. Organic Cotton is your rest-day fabric, made for travel, errands and everyday wear.
What does fabric weight (gsm) mean?
Gsm stands for grams per square meter, the standard measure of how heavy a fabric is. A lower gsm feels light and breathable. A higher gsm feels denser, with more structure and coverage. Our performance fabrics sit between 230 and 280 gsm. Our Organic Cotton is heavyweight at 400 gsm.
Which fabric is the most supportive?
Soft Sculpt offers our highest compression, sculpting and smoothing for an airbrushed effect with support that lasts all day. FlexSoft is next, with medium to high compression and a defining, second-skin fit.
Are your fabrics sustainable?
Yes. Soft Sculpt and Recycled Eco Tech are made from certified recycled polyester. Every fabric is BlueSign and OEKO-TEX certified and BPA-free. Our Organic Cotton is GOTS and Fair Trade certified, grown and finished to the highest organic standard.
What do the certifications mean?
BlueSign verifies responsible, low-impact manufacturing. OEKO-TEX confirms the fabric is tested free from harmful substances. GRS, the Global Recycled Standard, verifies recycled content. GOTS certifies organic fibers from field to finish. Fair Trade certifies ethical labor standards behind every piece.
How do I care for my HÉROS pieces?
Machine wash cold and lay flat to dry to protect the fabric and hold its shape. Skip the fabric softener, as it can coat performance fibers and affect stretch. Always follow the care label inside your garment.
