Right of Withdrawal
If you are shopping with us from the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. This page explains how, and lets you send your withdrawal to us in a few seconds.
Your 14 day right
You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14 day period has passed. You can use the form below, or simply email us at info@houseofheros.com.
How to cancel
Complete the short form below, or email us with the same details. A clear statement that you wish to withdraw is all we need.
Return the items to us in their original condition, unworn and with tags and any hygiene seals intact.
We confirm your refund and process it within 14 days of receiving your notice, once the returned items reach us.

Prefer to write it yourself? Email info@houseofheros.com with your name, order number, order date, and the items you wish to withdraw.
What happens next
Once we receive your notice, we will confirm by email. Please return the items to us in their original condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days, and we may wait until the returned goods reach us before completing the refund. The direct cost of returning the items is yours unless we tell you otherwise.
