Eligibility Requirements

Items must be unworn and in original condition with the security tag attached and original packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, deodorant, perfume, or washing are ineligible. HÉROS reserves the right to deny any return that fails inspection.

Returned within 30 days of fulfillment date. Orders fulfilled more than 30 days prior are not eligible.

Unworn and in original condition. No signs of wear, washing, or use.

Security tag still attached. Removal voids return eligibility.

Original packaging intact. Item must be returned in the original HÉROS packaging.

No deodorant, body makeup, or perfume. Items with stains, marks or odor will not be accepted.

No body odor or washing detergent. Washed or worn items are ineligible regardless of re-packaging.

Important House of HÉROS reserves the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet these requirements. Items that fail inspection will be returned to sender.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Start your return at heros.loopreturns.com. Enter your order number, select the item to return or exchange, and receive a prepaid label by email. Allow 10 to 14 business days from warehouse receipt for your refund.

Visit the Returns Portal

Go to heros.loopreturns.com and enter your order number and your email address or zip code used at checkout.

Select Your Item

Choose the item(s) to return or exchange and indicate your reason. For exchanges, select your preferred size.

Receive Your Label

A prepaid return label is emailed to you. US customers receive this at no cost. International customers will have a $20 fee deducted from their refund.

Pack & Ship

Repack securely in the original HÉROS packaging — both the shipping box and bag are designed to be reused. Attach the return label and drop off with the carrier.

Receive Your Refund

Allow 10 to 14 business days from warehouse receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been applied to your original payment method.

One Return Label Per Order Combined returns from multiple orders are not permitted. Each order must be returned separately using it's own label.

Exchanges

Got the wrong size? Swap it. US exchanges are free and simple. Same style, different size — that's all it takes. One exchange per order, US domestic only.

Different Style

Process a standard return and place a new order for the style you want. Style-to-style exchanges are not supported.

Exchange Limit

A maximum of one exchange per order is permitted.

International Orders

Exchanges are not available on international orders. Process a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale items, Socks, Hats, and Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Damaged items reported after 90 days from purchase are also ineligible for return.


Final Sale Items

Any item marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase. No exceptions.


Socks

All sock styles excluded for hygiene reasons.


Hats

All hat styles are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Final Sale Products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange regardless of condition. Please review sale designations before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days of warehouse receipt. Original shipping costs are not refunded. International returns have a $20 return shipping fee deducted from the refund total.

Check your bank account and credit card statement first — posting times vary. If 14 business days have passed since warehouse receipt, email info@houseofheros.com with your order number.

Damaged or Defective Items

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 90 days of your order date. Email info@houseofheros.com with photos and your order number. Damage reported after 90 days cannot be accepted for return or refund.

House of HÉROS monitors return frequency to ensure purchases are for personal use. Accounts with excessive or repeated returns may be flagged. HÉROS reserves the right to refuse future orders at its discretion.
