These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the Site. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have provided parental consent.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product descriptions, images, and colors are displayed as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects true product colors.

HÉROS reserves the right to limit the quantity of any product sold or to refuse any order at its discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or for commercial purposes.

Pre-sale items are sold in advance of production or delivery. Expected ship dates are listed on the respective product pages and are estimates only. We are not liable for delays outside of our control.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. US domestic orders are subject to local sales tax calculated at checkout. International duties and taxes are included in the flat-rate shipping fee and collected at checkout — no additional charges at delivery.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Afterpay. Afterpay allows eligible purchases to be split into four interest-free installments, subject to Afterpay's own terms and approval.

HÉROS reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing error is identified on your order, we will contact you before fulfillment to confirm the correct price or cancel the order.

Your payment information is processed securely via 256-bit SSL encryption through Shopify's payment infrastructure. HÉROS does not store payment card details on its servers.

An order confirmation email is sent immediately upon purchase. This confirms receipt of your order and payment only — it does not constitute acceptance of your order or a guarantee of fulfillment. A separate shipping confirmation is sent once your order is dispatched.

HÉROS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

No changes or cancellations are accepted once an order is placed. This includes product changes, quantity changes, address updates, and shipping method changes. Free US exchanges are available within 30 days of fulfillment.

We monitor purchase patterns to prevent resale and fraudulent use. Repeated returns, bulk orders, or purchasing behavior inconsistent with personal use may result in order refusal or account termination.

Key points: free US shipping on orders over $200. Flat $10 for US orders under $200. Flat $32 international rate with all duties included. Orders ship within 3 business days via UPS (domestic) and FedEx (international).

HÉROS does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages that show successful delivery to the order address. In such cases, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Full return and exchange terms — including eligibility, the 30-day window, condition requirements, the returns process, and refund timelines — are set out in the standalone Returns & Exchanges policy.

Key points: free US returns. Free US exchanges (same style, different size). International returns carry a $20 fee. Final Sale items, socks, hats, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

HÉROS monitors return frequency. Excessive or repeated returns inconsistent with personal use will be flagged and may result in refusal of future orders.

The Site uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your payment and personal information in transit. The Site is hosted and operated through Shopify, which maintains PCI DSS compliance for payment processing.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. HÉROS cannot guarantee absolute security and is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, copy, product descriptions, photographs, campaign imagery, logos, trademarks, graphics, and the overall design and presentation of the Site — is the exclusive property of House of HÉROS or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

The Site and its contents are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, copy, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site's content, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of HÉROS.

The HÉROS name, wordmark, and logo are trademarks of House of HÉROS. Nothing on the Site grants any right or license to use any trademark without the prior written permission of HÉROS.

Customer-submitted content (reviews, photos, social media tags) may be used by HÉROS for marketing and promotional purposes. By submitting content, you grant HÉROS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content across any medium.

You may not use the Site or any of its content for any of the following purposes:

• Unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Soliciting others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• Infringing upon or violating HÉROS's intellectual property rights or those of any third party
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other malicious code
• Collecting or harvesting personal information about other users
• Spamming, phishing, or any other form of unsolicited commercial communication
• Purchasing for resale or commercial distribution without written authorization from HÉROS
• Interfering with or circumventing the security features of the Site

HÉROS reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site for any prohibited use at its sole discretion.

The Site and all products and services offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, HÉROS disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

HÉROS does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. HÉROS does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Site.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HÉROS, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if HÉROS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will HÉROS's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the amount you paid to HÉROS for the order giving rise to that claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, HÉROS's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless House of HÉROS and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Informal resolution first. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact HÉROS at info@houseofheros.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved this way within 30 days.

HÉROS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions.

Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.
