Yes, HÉROS ships to PO Box, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. However, return shipping labels cannot be issued for these address types.

The estimated ship date for each pre-sale item is listed on its product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-sale items ship together when the pre-sale item is ready. Place in-stock items in a separate order to receive them sooner.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order fulfillment date. After 30 days, refunds and exchanges are no longer available.

Yes, for all US domestic orders. A prepaid return label is provided at no cost. International returns carry a $20 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund total.

Items must be unworn and in original condition with the security tag still attached, in original packaging, and free of deodorant, perfume, body odor, and washing detergent. HÉROS reserves the right to deny returns that fail inspection. Items that fail are returned to sender.

Exchanges are available for the same style in a different size only, on US domestic orders. For a different style, process a standard return and place a new order. Only one exchange per order is permitted.

Exchanges are not available on international orders. Process a return within 30 days (subject to the $20 return fee) and place a new order for the item you want.

Final Sale items, Socks, Hats, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Damaged items reported after 90 days from the original order date are also ineligible.

Allow 10 to 14 business days from the date your return is received at our warehouse. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. A confirmation email is sent once processed.

Check your bank account and credit card statement first, as posting times vary by provider. If 14 business days have passed since warehouse receipt, email info@houseofheros.com with your order number.

No. Each order must be returned separately with its own prepaid label. Combined returns from multiple orders are not permitted and may result in a delayed or denied refund.

No. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the returned item(s) is credited back to your original payment method.
