Questions
Before you join
Is anything shipped to me automatically?+
No. This is a membership, not a subscription box. Nothing arrives unless you order it. The fee buys access, allocation and shipping, and it renews once a year.
How does the discount work at checkout?+
Automatically. Sign in and 15% comes off eligible Core Collection pieces in your cart. There is no code to remember. It does not stack with the welcome offer for new subscribers, because membership already includes more than that offer gives.
What if my size is claimed before I get there?+
Member allocation is held for the full 48 hour window, so it cannot be taken by a non member during that time. If member demand exceeds the run in your size, we tell you before the presale closes rather than after, and you are not charged.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, at any time. Your benefits continue until the end of the year you paid for, then the membership simply ends. We do not bill again without telling you first.
Does it pay for itself?+
On the discount alone it takes about $850 of Core Collection spend across the year. Most members reach it faster than expected once shipping and returns are free, but access is the reason to join. The 15% is what makes staying easy.
Can I buy one as a gift?+
Not yet. Membership is tied to a single account so allocation can be held against a real size. Write to us at info@houseofheros.com and we will sort it manually.
