EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with tags. HOUSE of HÉROS reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these policy requirements.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Exchanges & Returns
To process a return or exchange, please click on the below button and follow the steps to complete your return or exchange and receive your return shipping label.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return, from the date your package is received by our warehouse.
We do not offer exchanges on international orders. Please contact us directly at info@houseofheros.com to request a return for an international order.
