HÉROS carries sizes XS through XL, corresponding to US sizes 2 through 18. All measurements are given in inches and centimeters for bust, waist, and hip. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Getting Accurate Results
How to Measure
Use a soft fabric measuring tape. Measure your bust at the fullest point, your waist at the narrowest point above the navel, and your hips at the fullest point, approximately 8 inches below the waist. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and parallel to the floor. Do not compress. Arms should be relaxed at your sides.

Waist
Measure at the narrowest point of your torso, typically 1 inch above the navel. Stand naturally — do not suck in. The tape should lie flat without digging in.

Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, approximately 8 inches below the waist. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and stand with your feet together.

Pro Tip Measure in fitted clothing or underwear only. If you do not own a soft measuring tape, a piece of string and a ruler work equally well.

Leggings
Designed to elongate the leg and flatter the silhouette and built to perform, without compromising your style. No slipping, no sagging. The structured waistband holds its shape — if between sizes, size up to preserve the aesthetic fit at the waist.
Tops & Bras
Fitted through the bust and torso with a clean, precise line. Size to your bust measurement. If your bust is larger relative to your waist, go with your bust size.
Unitards
Size by height and bust . The unitard silhouette is engineered to create a long, unbroken line. Between sizes? Size up for freedom of movement.
Sets
Tops and bottoms can be sized separately if needed. Buy sets as a matched pair for the intended silhouette or mix and match.
Sweats
Relaxed through the leg and waist. True to size . Size up for an oversized, boyfriend look and perfect off-duty vibe.
Fabric Feel
Not sure which fabric? Recycled Eco Tech is sleek, smooth and very opaque. Soft Sculpt is butter-soft, sculpting and smoothing. Flexsoft is ultra soft, high stretch and wears like a second skin. Does HÉROS run true to size?
Yes. HÉROS pieces are designed to run true to size with a sculpting, second-skin fit. If you are between two sizes, we recommend sizing up. Free US exchanges are available within 30 days if your size isn't right.
Which measurement should I prioritize — bust, waist, or hip?
For leggings and bottoms, prioritize your hip measurement. For tops and bras, prioritize your bust. For unitards, use bust and height together. When measurements fall in different size ranges, size to the largest measurement.
What if I'm between sizes?
Size up. HÉROS fabrics are engineered with four-way stretch and compression that accommodate a range of measurements within each size. Sizing up gives you comfort without sacrificing the sculpted fit the pieces are designed for.
Can I exchange if my size doesn't fit?

Do the fabrics stretch out over time?
No. HÉROS performance fabrics are engineered with compression recovery — they return to their original shape after each wear. Cold wash and air dry is recommended to preserve fabric life and elasticity.
I'm not sure how this will feel on my body. What should I do?
Order your usual size and try it — free US exchanges within 30 days mean there's no risk. Check the Fabric Guide beforehand to understand whether the style uses Eco Tech (smooth, compressive) or Soft Sculpt (cloud-soft, forgiving). If it isn't right, exchanging takes under two minutes.
How do I know what fabric a style uses before I buy?
The fabric name is listed in the Details section of every product page. The HÉROS Fabric Guide maps every style to its fabric and explains exactly how each one feels. Eco Tech is used in the 80s Legging, Unitards, and most Active Collection pieces. Soft Sculpt is the Soft Sculpt Collection.
