Timeline
Processing & Handling
Orders ship within 3 business days of purchase, pending availability. Pre-Sale items are shipped on or around the date shown on the relevant product page. A shipping confirmation with a tracking number is emailed once dispatched. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after placement.

Pre-Sale Orders
Pre-sale items ship on the date listed on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-sale items ship together when the pre-sale item is ready. Place in-stock items in a separate order to receive them sooner.
Ship Date
Each pre-sale item's estimated ship date is listed on its product page. Dates are subject to change; updates will be communicated by email.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-sale items, everything ships together once the pre-sale item is available. For faster delivery of in-stock items, place them in a separate order at checkout.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
House of HÉROS is not responsible for packages showing confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. Contact UPS (domestic) or FedEx (international) with your tracking number to open a claim. Email info@houseofheros.com if the issue remains unresolved.
Confirmed Delivery
Once a carrier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address on file, the package is considered received. HÉROS is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Free shipping applies automatically to any US order over $200 before taxes — no code needed. Most sets, the Unitard, and any two-piece order already qualify. If you're just under the threshold, adding socks or a gift card gets you there for less than the $10 flat rate.
Any coordinated set ships free — they start at $200. Buying a single legging ($135–$145) plus the Sport Sock ($18) doesn't quite get you there, but adding a second pair of socks or a small accessory will. A gift card counts toward the order total too.
